Cornbread Sliders

INGREDIENTSInstructions

Ingredients

• 3-4 Cups Pickles

• 2 Cups Cider Vinegar

• 1/2 Cup of Sugar

• 3 Small Carrots, Thinly Sliced

• 1/2 Medium Onion, Thinly Sliced

• 1 Tablespoon Mustard Seed

• 1 Teaspoon Salt

• 24 Miniature Corn Muffins (homemade or from mix)

• 2 Pounds of favorite Barbecue

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat sugar, and vinegar until sugar is completely dissolved. Allow cooling.
  2. Add onions, carrots, salt, mustard seed, and salt. Pour into a container and lid. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Cut corn muffins in half. Place barbecue and top with Bread & Butta Pickles.
  4. Garnish with Carrot slices.
  5. Enjoy!
