Take the chicken breasts and place them in a salt brine. Put the chicken in the fridge for at least 1 hour. While the Chicken is brining, mix red wine vinegar, spicy brown mustard, olive oil and Roasted Garlic Kraut. Take out the chicken and rinse with cold water. Place the chicken in a bag and poor the marinate the over the chicken so the breasts are coated. Let the chicken sit in the marinate for 50-60 minutes in the fridge and pre-heat the oven or grill to 200 F. Cook the chicken for 30-35 minutes and then then enjoy.
We recommend serving with onions, peppers and summer squash.
Chicken breasts: 3
Red wine vinegar: 1/4 cup
Spicy brown mustard: 1/3 cup
Olive oil: 3 table spoons
Roasted Garlic Kraut: ½ cup
