The awesome Rachel over at Rachel’s Healthy Plate threw together a gnarly dish to spice up your weekday breakfast! This quick and easy bowl is sure to become a regular dish for all you breakfast lovers out there. Not to mention it’s gluten free, vegetarian and dairy free. Our Gnar Gnar kraut with spinach, potatoes, avocado and eggs will give you that extra oomph you need to get through the work day feelin’ good.

Gnar-ly Breakfast Bowl

+ 1-2 handfuls baby spinach

+ 1 cup roasted potatoes

+ 1/4 cup Gnar Gnar kraut

+ 1 half of an avocado

+ 2 eggs, any style (we love ’em poached!)

+ 2 tbs your favorite salsa to top it all off

Gather your ingredients and assemble your bowl, starting with the first ingredient and work your way on down!
