About the Position & Purpose:
The Marketing & Events Coordinator at Cleveland Kraut will assist the Sales & Marketing leadership in spearheading marketing strategy for Cleveland Kraut in current and developing markets.
This individual will manage and grow the CK field team, identify and execute on our events driven GTM strategy, identify and form cohesive partnerships, and work in unison with CK marketing team to grow awareness, drive trial, and lead education and adoption of daily usage occasions for Cleveland Kraut.

Lead and build CK field team (50+) part-time reps
Deploy team to support retail partner launches and sales initiatives
Identify key events for CK to build brand awareness and interact directly with key consumers
Identify and foster key partnerships with like-minded brands, restaurants, and retail partners that push the CK mission of delicious Fermented Foods for All
Train, educate, and onboard new brand ambassadors and turn them into Kraut warriors, setting goals and measuring success
Execute activations in key focus markets on short turn-around
Develop influencer relationships in key markets to support brand awareness and adoption
Review Promomash reporting weekly and create monthly ROI trackers for field initiatives
Create detailed event recaps, learnings, and takeaways
Have finger on the pulse of consumer feedback and glean for insights and key learnings to help inform and elevate CK strategy
Operate within a set budget, keeping team within budget and monthly allocations toward key priorities and company initiatives
Work directly with CMO to drive informed field strategies and deploy resources where most impactful for Brand mission
Work in unison with digital team to support digital initiatives and drive awareness and direct consumer interaction across touchpoints
Perform field demos and activations to stay in tune with consumers, brand reception, build relationships in key markets, and support the Brand mission
Experience & Abilities:
Passionate, outgoing, and engaging
Preferred 2+ Years of Field Marketing Experience (preferably in natural food & beverage)
Strong intrapersonal, communication, and organizational skills required
Ability to set and exceed goals while keeping a fluid team motivated to do the same
Competitive collaborator, with a passion for growth and an ability to take initiative
Preferred Competencies: Excel, GSuite, Promomash, Microstrategy
Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ Year in management role preferred
Local to Northeast Ohio preferred, not required
