We at Cleveland Kraut have received some “Salad-Spiration” from Healthy by Hailey with her Killer Homemade Salads. This is her Smoked Salmon Salad. The salad is a great way to mix up your lunch pail and make sure you are getting the most out of your food! Full of omega-3, beta-carotene, vitamins K & A, protein and probiotics, this salad is ideal for post workout and a functional diet. Ingredients for one serving:

  • 1 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup broccoli and carrots (shredded)
  • 1 large raw mushroom (Julian style)
  • 2-3 oz. smoked salmon
  • 2 oz. Cleveland KrautBeet Red Sauerkraut
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ table spoon olive oil
  • ½ table spoon Balsamic Vinegar drizzle
